Raju Shetti, is an Indian politician from the state of Maharashtra. He is the president of the Swabhimani Paksha (Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatna)- Party which he founded in 2004, after separating from the Shetkari Sanghatana. He is leader of Farmers.
Shetti hails from the Shirol in the Kolhapur district of Maharashtra.
Raju Shetti is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Hatkanangle constituency of Maharashtra and is a member of the Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghtana Paksha political party. Before being elected as MP he was MLA of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from 2004 to 2009. To become MLA of Shirol constituency, he had defeated Shri. S. R. Patil and Smt. Rajni Magdum; Both are Chairperson of different Sugar factories. He is mainly popular for his movements for maximum price for sugar-cane and milk. He is editor of a marathi fortnighty "Swabhimani Vichar"
